TYPE 4160N20 is a preamplifier integrated microphone that realized ultra-high sensitivity of 35 mV/Pa despite its small diameter of 1/4 inch. Since it has the same performance and wide dynamic range as a 1/2 inch microphone, it is suitable for measurements when the sound source to be measured is difficult to predict. It is ideal for environments where noise reduction is required or where it is difficult to install 1/2 inch microphone. It is also suitable for development of equipment that requires to achieve high SN ratio, such as sound source visualization system. Measurement can be started smoothly by connecting with AD converter and analysis software.
